I'm Antonio Valero, currently working as a Cloud Support Engineer within Volkswagen Group Services Barcelona. My role focuses on supporting AWS cloud environments, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, handling incidents and maintaining reliable cloud operations.

Before moving into cloud engineering, I developed several years of experience across enterprise IT environments inside SEAT (VW Group), covering IT operations, application management, workplace services and process coordination. That background helped me build a strong operational mindset and a practical understanding of how infrastructure supports large enterprise environments.
